We value your satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you under the following conditions:

  1. We accept returns for any perfume if you are unsatisfied with the fragrance.

  2. Refund or return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the purchase date.

  3. Once your request is approved, please allow 5–6 working days for processing.

  4. The returned perfume must have at least 90% of the original product remaining in the bottle.

  5. Returns and refunds are applicable only for 50ML and 100ML perfume bottles.

  6. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in unused or minimally used condition.

  7. Shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  1. You may exchange your perfume with any fragrance available on our website or included in the original package.
