Delivery Address

  • If you expect to be unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive your order.

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

Return Shipment & Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • We do not cover shipping costs for exchanged or returned items unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
